Are you interested in science communication? Topics in this course include COVID-19 food safety, climate change and sustainability, and food culture. It is a 2-credit course open to all majors with no prerequisites.

The course is taught by Dr. Bob Hutkins in the Food Science & Technology Department. Dr. Hutkins is also the Food Doc in the Lincoln Journal Star’s monthly column.
