Dionne and alumna Jane Hirt will chat about her new memoir and the conversation will be moderated by CoJMC grad student Margaret Nongo-Okojokwu!
Dionne Searcey is a first-time author and Pulitzer Prize-winning scribe. She got her start at the College of Journalism and Mass Communications and in the basement of the Student Union writing for The Daily Nebraskan.
Dionne will also talk about her upbringing in Wymore, Nebraska, her days on the UNL campus and her life as a reporter for some of the best newspapers in the country.
