Our 6-week ambassador program will hit social accounts, build relationships with local influencers, businesses and community groups, and gain attention through on-the-ground activations. It offers a flexible schedule and remote work environment, invaluable real-world marketing experience, and getting paid to make a difference. You'll be trained by our expert team of field marketers and be given best-in-class tools to execute impactful campaigns. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Commit to 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling
> Educate local residents around the potential implications of COVID-19 in your community
> Inspire individuals and businesses to take necessary precautions to slow the spread of the virus
> Execute turnkey campaign activations to gain attention on-the-ground
> Develop weekly social content around campaign awareness and post through your personal channels
> Provide influential insights, learnings and ideas
> Help build local relationships to amplify campaign messaging
> Submit reports regularly with feedback and results
> Collaborate with peer ambassadors and Archrival leadership
IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS:
> Outgoing individuals who aren’t afraid to start a conversation
> A self-starter who operates well independently
> A collaborative partner to support and strengthen the larger team
> Understanding of Lincoln's geography and connectivity to local scenes and groups
> A proven record of reliability, adaptiveness and creative flair
> Able to utilize a personal phone and computer with reliable internet access, plus occasional transportation access to IRL moments
