Every weekend, too many Lincoln children go hungry when they don't have access to food at school. The Food Bank of Lincoln's BackPack Program provides kids in need with a backpack full of food each weekend during the school year. You can help UNL PRSSA raise $200 to provide one student with a backpack full of food for the entire school year by purchasing custom-made PB&Js tomorrow, April 3 from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Andersen lobby. Sandwiches will be made with products from local businesses, like Great Harvest, Bread & Cup and Brix & Stone, and side selections include cookies from the Cookie Company.
