If you're a senior who wants to work in sports journalism, media relations, event operations, team operations, or marketing, you should apply for this scholarship:
The scholarship is merit-based and features a one-time, non-renewable $10,000 financial award for each 2021 recipient. Each scholarship will be funded directly to the recipient’s postgraduate institution upon verification of enrollment within eighteen months of graduation.
The Rose Bowl Game Keith Jackson Postgraduate Scholarship provides a $10k scholarship toward a postgraduate degree to one undergraduate student from a Pac-12 Conference institution and one undergraduate student from a Big Ten Conference institution.
The scholarship also includes a unique Rose Bowl Game experience where each recipient will work with Tournament of Roses personnel to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry.
This year’s scholarship is also open to both senior students and students who graduated in 2020 (the scholarship was not available last year due to the pandemic).
