The Nebraska Rural Radio Association is seeking to hire a full-time On-Air Host and News/Sports Director for KUVR, Holdrege, NE.
To be considered, candidates must have broadcast experience, a compelling on-air presence and personality and be familiar with all social media platforms and their use. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and efficiently work with broadcast computer software. Preference will be given to those with experience in news, sports and weather coverage.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess an extremely good work ethic, good interview skills, multi-sports knowledge and the ability to connect with the local community. Be a highly organized self-starter, a creative thinker and a positive collaborator with all other departments within the station.
