Position: Interactive Designer

Eleanor is looking to hire an Interactive Designer to join our branding and design consultancy. This individual will work with clients and our team to create an interactive design strategy based on the client's goals. He/She will take the lead on interactive design projects and be responsible for the design from beginning to end, collaborating with a small team to meet our clients needs. All applicants must have a strong design sense for user interfaces, branding, and graphics to be used for detailed, consumer-oriented, web-based applications.
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience with graphic design, brand development and web design
Working knowledge of Adobe CS5
Passion for user interface design, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively
Ability to work on site in Lincoln, Nebraska
An online portfolio that demonstrates strong web UI design skills
Working knowledge in HTML, CSS and other web languages preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work on websites, branding, and interactive campaigns
Translate client's business goals into design and strategies
Bring passion and creativity to any and every design assignment
Execute cohesive design across a variety of media
Provide concepts with rationale to the Eleanor team and to clients
Contribute ideas to overall brand or product development strategies and communication plans
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience designing custom websites, branding and interactive campaigns
Ability to budget time based on client budgets
Experience working in a team environment with other industry professionals
Ability to identify growth opportunities for Eleanor both internally and externally
Manage multiple projects, revisions and timelines
Ability to conduct a wide degree of creativity necessary for the nature of an agency with clients in various industries
Proven conceptual design skills, which are backed by the technical skills needed to execute your ideas
Illustration experience a plus
