Position Title: Associate Art Director
Employer: Black Hills Corporation
The Associate Art Director partners with copywriters to conceptualize and execute design solutions for internal and external integrated marketing programs, and collaborate with internal clients to ensure concepts support business strategy and leverage the Black Hills brand.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Conceptualize and generate concepts that leverage the Black Hills brand.
Develop brochures, advertisements, banners, posters, mailers, and other company literature.
Provide graphic support for company intranet and corporate and subsidiary websites.
Coordinate with outside advertising agencies, printers, and other vendors as necessary.
Monitor appropriate use of Black Hills logos and brand standards.
Assist other team members in employing the latest design technology.
Support special projects as requested.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of experience in graphic design, communications or related field.
Demonstrated experience in print and electronic design and creation of graphics for communications.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field.
Location: Rapid City, SD
Salary Range: $42,300 - $59,200 (DOQ)
