Position Summary:
Part-time internship (20 hours/week) for approximately 6 months in length
The Community Engagement Project Manager Intern is responsible for project management of the new Listening For Change (community listening) initiative. The ideal intern will have strong organizational skills, customer relationship and analytical skills. This intern reports to the Managing Director, Inclusion and Community Impact.
Position Responsibility:
• Manage customer relationships in securing and managing Listening for Change (LFC) sessions with community members.
• Attend LFC sessions and record input.
• With Managing Director, Inclusion and Community Impact, analyze data from listening sessions including demographic data.
• Generate reports for stakeholders after each session.
• Follow up with “hosts” to obtain feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Preference given to students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, or who have graduated within 12 months from the start of the internship
MS Office experience preferred
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
• Knowledge of MS Office

o Required to move about in an office environment and sit for extended periods of time
o Frequent use of hands for data entry/keystrokes and simple grasping.

o Occasional exposure to prevalent weather conditions.
