Job Description:
Create, update, and maintain the Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) agency web pages and content under guidance of the NDOR Web Officer. Provide web support for the Communication Division and its internal and external customers.
Qualifications / Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS: Must be a three-fourths time student in good standing majoring in a discipline or field related to the work to be assigned. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
PREFERRED: A second semester sophomore majoring in Communication/Graphic Design/Web related fields with experience in web design, HTML.
OTHER: Employment may be possible for up to 4 years with proof of enrollment in an accredited college. Class schedules must be submitted at the beginning of employment to verify enrollment and transcripts of grades. Students must take a 30-day break when attaining 2080 hours worked but may be reinstated after these breaks. Temporary, full time work available during breaks, preferably 30-40 hours per week during summer break and 20 hours per week when classes are in session. A minimum of 10 hours per week is required while classes are in session. Permanent employment is possible through the open competitive process.
