Please join NUSAMS on Wednesday, April 3 at 7pm for a meeting featuring guest speaker, Bob Burton.
Bob Burton is a Senior Athletic Director at the University of Nebraska, and founder of anti-sex trafficking organization, I’ve Got A Name.
Founded in 2009, I’ve Got A Name is a 501(c)3 organization committed to providing awareness to the public regarding child sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. Through fundraising efforts, they partner with other organizations to prevent, protect, rescue and restore those who are vulnerable, threatened, or have become victims.
Amber Smith, Director of Programs, will also be present to talk about a new fundraising initiative, DefendHer.
The meeting will take place in Room 15 of Andersen and is open to all students.
