KNBN, NewsCenter1-TV the NBC station in Rapid City, South Dakota is looking for a talented experienced anchor with strong producing and reporting skills.
This position is full time. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling all news situations including reporting and anchoring live newscasts from the studio and from the field.
This person is also responsible for producing both the early and the late news each night. A successful candidate will bring new content, materials and ideas, revamping the current shows to make them bigger and better than anything in the market.
This candidate must have excellent time management skills, the ability to multitask and complete multiple assignments each day while working with a dynamic news team.
Duties include, but are not limited to: MMJ reporting/editing, producing and anchoring.
A working knowledge of Final Cut is preferred but not required.
