Immediate position open in Production for MCO/Director
DESCRIPTION: This is a full time (40 hour) position in Production and involves working shift work
which could include early morning, late evening, and weekend hours including holidays. Full company
benefits are available upon meeting eligibility requirements.
DUTIES: Qualified applicant will be responsible for all aspects of Master Control Operations including
programming acquisition and segmenting, commercial insertion, and editing. In Production duties
include directing and technical directing any of the live news productions including News 5 Today at
6am, News 5 at 11:30am, News 5 at 6pm & 10pm, and News 5 Weekend.
QUALIFICATIONS: KHAS-TV will train the applicant, prefer an educational background in
broadcasting and/or experience in broadcast communications.
