KETV Hearst Television’s ABC
affiliate in Omaha, NE has an immediate opening for a full-time Operations Technician.
Operations Technicians will operate studio television cameras, operate audio
control consoles, Acquisition equipment, ENG van, SNG Van and any other
television-related equipment as assigned. Engineering Technicians must be able
to work all hours as assigned, along with weekends and holidays. Full-time Operations
Technicians will work a 40-hour week in which hours may vary. Some travel may be required.
Requirements:
• FCC Operator’s License or
SBE Certification preferred.
• Previous broadcast television
technical experience required.
Education:
• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
in Broadcasting, preferred.
