The
Nebraska Rural Radio Association has an opportunity for someone who wants to be
a part of a successful and growing team.
They are looking for a sales assistant to work with the Director of Sales
and the sales team to plan and implement projects, to track sales, to enter sales
orders and to develop promotional material.
You will be asked to handle some sales calls and to work directly with
clients and sales team members. Other
duties may include, but are not limited to: making arrangements for sales
meetings, researching areas for potential revenue growth and helping with
special events. If you are creative, energetic, comfortable with learning new
computer systems, and eager to learn, you should apply.
Previous
broadcast radio experience is not necessary, but experience with advertising,
sales, promotion or marketing would be helpful.
The
ideal candidate needs to be detail oriented, have an understanding of the
importance of customer service and possess the ability to work well with
others.
