Eagle Communications is seeking a General Manager in its Alliance/Chadron market for KCOW, B94.7 and Double Q Country. Job Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, overseeing all operations of the radio station including staff, revenue and expense management and staying connected with the community.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, which will consist of salary plus commission, along with a competitive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, paid vacation and stock program.
Experience: A college degree, as well as communication experience in journalism, writing and public speaking is preferred. Five or more years of radio sales management experience is preferred.
Requirements: Prior management experience is required, as well as knowledge with the market. This position requires a valid driver's license. The selected candidate must be detail oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, be goal oriented and self motivated. An entrepreneurial spirit, leadership experience and an extreme desire are essential to success.
