With a new school year starting, we wanted to remind you about the benefits you get by attending a Broadcast Education Association (BEA) member institution (that's us).
Did you know that both undergraduate and graduate CoJMC students can become BEA members at NO cost? Student BEA members can apply for one of the ten BEA National Scholarships in Broadcasting, enter the BEA Festival of Media Arts competition in the fall, the BEA/NABEF Freedom of Speech PSA Competition each spring, and participate in the Student Research in Progress Competition that takes place in Las Vegas.
You'll also receive information about internships and special offers from a variety of BEA partnering organizations, plus be eligible for the member discount to attend BEA's annual convention and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) Show in Las Vegas.
