Do you want a fast-paced internship where you get to pitch, report and write your own stories and get great clips. Of course you do. Intern at Variety in Los Angeles. Our interns hit the ground running from day one when they get to aggregate stories, cover premieres, galas and award ceremonies. They pitch film, TV and music stories and write them up for the print publication and/or website. They also tweet, snapchat and periscope from the red carpet.
At the end of the internship they have some worthy clips to show off. Plus we pay $10.50 an hour for up to 40 hours a week as well as $25 for each evening/weekend event they cover.
