Intern, The National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Las Vegas Review-Journal

The National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Las Vegas Review-Journal offer promising journalism students the chance to grow and shine in one of the greatest news towns on earth.

Through a paid, 10-week internship program, students spend a summer chasing down the serious and the strange with the RJ’s award-winning breaking news reporters. Then, they get to cover world-class dining, entertainment and arts on the features desk.

It’s an internship like no other in a town like no other.

The internship is available for photojournalism and reporting students. It begins May or June, depending on an intern's availability.

Candidates must be a junior or senior in college, in graduate school, or have graduated within the past year.

Reporting candidates must submit links to five writing clips or portfolio link for photographers, along with other required materials specified on the application. Those interested in the photojournalism internship must submit three to five photo and video work samples, along with other required materials specified on the application.
