You will live just a few hours from Jackson and Yellowstone, next to the beautiful Wind River Mountains in Central Wyoming. Occasionally traveling and reporting from Western Wyoming will take you to some breathtaking areas. Here is your chance to live in clean air with multiple outdoor recreation opportunities and a short drive to beautiful mountains, ski areas, rivers and lakes.
Typical Duties:
This position requires reporting, writing and shooting abilities. This is a position for a real self-starter. The opportunity to enterprise and source original stories is yours. You will build on previous relationships and develop new sources. The successful applicant will be able to shoot, write and edit utilizing natural sound and strong visuals, on deadline.
Requirements:
Some previous reporting experience beyond college would be helpful, but not essential. A natural curiosity about the world and a wide knowledge base will make for a great product. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs a plus, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A valid driver's license with no DUI's is mandatory. The ability to lift 50 pounds of gear is also required.
