NRG Media in Lincoln, NE has a full-time opening for a Morning News Anchor. KLIN, Lincoln’s #1 News and Information radio station, is looking for a great voice and writer to join our award winning news team to anchor newscasts on our highly rated morning shows.
Experience:
Prior broadcast news experience and knowledge of audio editing programs is desired but applicants from other journalism platforms are welcome.
Requirements:
Professional on-air delivery is a must. Organizational and multi-tasking abilities are critical in laying the groundwork for the news department each day. Must be able to adhere to firm deadlines and exhibit the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate must be able to generate story ideas, cultivate news sources, and provide comprehensive news coverage on air and on digital media platforms including social media.
