Job Summary:
The person hired for the position of Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing programs to accelerate growth for Pacha Soap, the Pacha product line and the Amazi product line.
Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following for both the Pacha and Amazi product lines:
Lead the development of the U.S. marketing plan to accelerate demand generation and growth.
Lead and grow the in-house marketing team.
Develop and execute marketing programs for portfolio strategy, customer segmentation, digital marketing, pricing, distribution, communications, and promotions.
Manage agency and outside vendor relationships.
Collaborate with the sales teams for alignment and execution of plans and programs.
Understand the changing market trends and competitive environment to determine the impact on the business and recommend actions to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing from an accredited university
Minimum of four (4) years of marketing experience
Marketing management experience
Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to dig in and get the job done
Previous experience developing and executing strategic marketing plans
Experience leading cross functional teams, including project management
Results-oriented leader
Independent and strategic thinker able to make solid business decisions
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret various data, drive to decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
CPG retail experience preferred
Prior experience interacting with a field sales team
Previous experience managing an outside marketing/advertising agency relationship
Demonstrated success with cross functional teams to create winning customer solutions
Location: Hastings, NE
Travel: May include up to 25% domestic
