Marketing MBA Internship - PepsiCo

PepsiCo’s Marketing MBA internship program is a 10 week summer program between June and August held in each of our three U.S. headquarter locations: Chicago, IL (Quaker Foods, Tropicana, Gatorade), White Plains, NY (Pepsi Beverages) and Plano, TX (Frito Lay). Over the 10 weeks, interns work on real business projects to offer them valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from experienced marketing professionals. Each intern is presented with a business challenge and is tasked to think strategically and engage cross-functional partners to provide a meaningful and comprehensive recommendation to the business at the completion of the internship. Although this process lends itself to great autonomy in setting agenda, workflow and output, interns have full support, guidance and feedback from their managers and the broader Marketing organization.

Outside of the core project work, the interns will participate in a high touch program that exposes interns to the global PepsiCo organization, builds broader marketing skills through professional development, and provides opportunities to build relationships with fellow interns as well as others across the marketing teams. The internship can provide the opportunity for an Associate Marketing Manager position following graduation of a MBA.
