Lincoln non-profit, the Midwestern African Museum of Art, Culture and Resource Center, is fast
becoming a hub for a variety of refugee and immigrant communities and is looking for a communications intern. Duties include layout and design, writing press releases, writing
stories for the organization’s website and newsletter, creating social media posts and helping with event planning.
While the position is unpaid, the perks are numerous! In addition to enjoying fabulous lattes from the museum’s coffee shop, you’ll have the opportunity to
work with people from all over the world without ever stepping foot outside of Lincoln. And you’ll be able to create print pieces for your portfolio.
