*Optimize content toward various distribution channels, with an eye toward reaching and expanding engagement and driving referral traffic;
*Develop and refine the voice of MPR News social accounts;
*Monitor, analyze and distribute social metrics to wider teams as needed to inform future content creation;
*Create and manage e-newsletter content and campaigns;
*Track story performance in real-time and react accordingly;
*Communicate with a wide network of radio and digital editors and producers to frame and optimize text and video content;
*Identify new and existing opportunities for content distribution;
*Collaborate with other departments on search and paid opportunities and other integrations that might include special reports/series;
*Other duties as assigned.
