1. Generate, report and write stories as assigned with primary focus on feature stories within the York News-Times and Advantage coverage area.
2. Cover general assignment stories as assigned.
3. Required to write one column per week.
4. Write special section stories as assigned.
5. Write news updates for website as assigned.
6. Use social media to promote stories and attract audience.
7. Takes photos and video for stories as well asl works with others to develop visual and multimedia elements to go with stories.
8. On-site, regular and reliable attendance is required.
9. Safely drive to and from various locations.
