Do you practically live on multiple social media channels, have a knack for quick, witty copy and looking to put the two to good use? The Bay is looking for the best in social media talent; blow us away with your ability to effectively manage and uniquely tailor messages across multiple channels.
You’ll combine your writing skills and knowledge of social trends with The Bay’s unique voice to help us promote the exciting stuff going on at the Misfit Social Club — from coffee bar developments to skate park happenings to major events like the Good Living Tour and Skate Art Music Festival.
Duties include:
- Assist visuals manager, and work with marketing team, to develop unique ways to boost online presence
- Creative concepting for marketing campaigns
- Write crisp, effective copy for social media, promotional materials, website, weekly newsletter
- Plan and execute campaigns promoting events, programs and new company developments
- Familiarity with Adobe creative suite required
- 15-20 hours/week working with visuals editor
The position starts Tuesday, Sept. 4 and ends Friday, Dec. 14.
