The Marketing and Community Outreach Director will create, develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the image and brand of KSNB "Local4" and KNOP "NBC Nebraska," including on-air, online and external promotion; and community outreach initiatives to raise the Local4 and NBC Nebraska brand recognition and visibility within the communities served.
The successful candidate must be able to create, strategize and implement targeted marketing campaigns, from conception through post-production and/or event organization. The ideal candidate is a bright, professional, self-motivated, creative individual, with an ability to build relationships through positive and effective communication and writing skills. A strong interest in building brand awareness through marketing and community outreach is a must. Knowledge of video production is preferred but not required.
This is a 40-hour a week position, working from the KSNB-Hastings studios. Applicants must be willing to reside within 30 minutes of the station. A valid driver's license is required. Full-time employment includes all currently offered company benefits at time of hire.
