The College of Education and Human Sciences (CEHS) is seeking qualified applicants for a student worker/internship position to assist the college with its communication strategies. This is a 20-hour per week position. The majority of the work will be focused on daily coordination of CEHS social media channels including finding, creating, posting and scheduling content. Experience with multiple social media applications is required. Competence in shooting and editing photos and video is also expected.
Additional duties will include creating content for CEHS webpages, working effectively with college faculty and staff on communication strategies, promoting an inclusive college culture and other duties as assigned.
The position reports to the CEHS director of external relations. Hours are flexible and can work around class schedules. The successful candidate will be self-starting, highly responsible and organized, and be effective and productive without constant supervision.
