All undergraduates are invited to participate in one of two Inclusive Leadership Retreats.
The retreats are held on Friday, Oct. 5 from 11:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or Saturday, Oct. 27 from 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Both retreats will be held in the Red Cloud Room of the Cather Dining Complex.
Inclusive Leadership Retreats are designed to help you think deeply about how to lead inclusively and to take on leadership roles — in the classroom, in university clubs or organizations, and in your communities.
Through small group activities and interactive discussions, you will:
-Gain awareness of what it means to be an inclusive leader
-Develop confidence in facilitating conversations about inclusion and diversity
-Build connections to other student, staff, and faculty leaders on campus.
