Videographer - Husker DNA Journey (Lincoln, NE)

The Husker DNA Journey, funded by the University of Nebraska's Office of Diversity, Access, and Inclusion, needs a videographer interested in documenting this engaging project.

An excerpt from the essay contest held last Fall of 2018:
Welcome to The Husker DNA Essay contest! The Husker DNA Journey is inspired by The DNA Journey. The DNA Journey is “a short non-fiction film … about the importance of breaking down boundaries” by having persons from different parts of the world take a DNA ancestry test, share their findings, and learn how much they have in common. The Husker DNA Journey will recreate this illuminating excavation of DNA ancestry for students at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) who come from different groups in the U.S. and from different nations in the world.

The videographer, who will receive a $500.00 honorarium, will document the Husker DNA Journey in a manner similar to that done in "Let's open our World - The DNA Journey." However, the videographer will tailor the video for UNL participants. Here's the link to the "Let's Open Our World" video:
