Full-time, non-tenure leading, faculty position located in the Panhandle Research and Extension district at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. This position will provide strong regional/district leadership and develop a proactive and effective extension and translational research program with evidence of program impact and direct teaching. The primary program assignment is irrigated and dryland crop production system economics, including farm/ranch management and agricultural policy. Criminal history background check will be conducted. Must meet driver standards according to UNL policy and have a Valid Driver's License.
Required Qualifications: Master's degree with one degree in Agricultural Economics or other closely related field required. Demonstrated ability to conduct economic analysis of cropping systems required. Successful experience teaching in a formal or non-formal setting. Demonstrated ability to communicate (publications, teaching experiences, presentations).
