UNL Extension is offering an ordering time frame for UNL Extension 4-H table throws, adversails, and/or flags.
The deadline for all orders will be 12 p.m. CST on Tuesday, June 11, 2013.
No late orders will be accepted.
To place an order, complete the attached form (http://go.unl.edu/8m8). Please note the following:
• Please be sure the billing address is correct on the form. (That is, if the billing address and your delivery address are different, please use the billing address.)
• Items will be available for pick up on East Campus during PASE/Life Challenge, July 1-2, 2013. We will communicate closer to that date when and where.
• Complete the form and email it to Mike Riese at mriese3@unl.edu.
• If you are paying by check, be sure the check is made payable to “University of Nebraska–Lincoln."
• If you plan on using 4-H council funds, tax will be added to the total.
• If you need an invoice ASAP to pay from, please indicate that in the correct field on the form.
