You’ve heard the line, “the only thing that doesn’t change, is change itself." In technology there are basically two types of change, sustaining and disruptive. Sustaining technologies represent continual improvements to existing products, while disruptive technologies are not always targeted or proven; but can lead to significant changes to the way organizations do business.
