USDA NIFA has released a request for proposals for the National Water Quality Program. The 2014 RFA targets two types of projects:
1) Farm, Landscape, and Watershed scale projects targeting drought triggers and economic value of water and
2) Synthesis Project summarizing scientific accomplishments of NIFA’s portfolio of funded water projects.
