The purpose of the app is to reinforce the instruction that students are given within the class room setting. Teachers can access the free app and go through the various pieces of Choose MyPlate and learn what foods are in each group, where they come from, and why we need the foods in our daily diet. Also, there are fun Nebraska Ag facts in the "where does it come" from section.

Ranae has used the app in class rooms before its release on the Play Store and the Apple Store markets. It was very informative for students and a great way to learn about Choose MyPlate and the importance of Agriculture to everyone.
