Collectively, that can create stress; and, as our most valuable resource, we want to help you deal with that stress as productively as possible. UNL has resources through their Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that may be helpful to you personally, to your family, or to those with whom you work, in tackling some of these tough issues. The resources that EAP offers are important to understand in various professional roles including unit leader, supervisor, team leader/member, colleague or friend.
