UNL is utilizing an anti-phishing and anti-spam service called Proofpoint. Each day your UNL Email should receive a Proofpoint Daily Digest. This Daily Digest lists all messages that have been quarantined—you will have the ability to manage and release the email and allow senders. Individuals may choose to opt out of the daily digest, and manage their quarantined mail solely through the web portal. For more information, http://go.unl.edu/proofpoint
We have made a request to Information Technology Services to ensure that any emails sent from Qualtrics to be approved. However, at this time some of these messages are still being perceived by Proofpoint as something to be reviewed/approved by the recipient. Qualtrics is utilized for the quarterly Accountability Reporting, Reference Checks, Evaluations and more. Please ensure that you manage the quarantined message and “Release and Allow Sender” for the current and future email notifications to be received into your email inbox.
