2018 Commodity Technology Program with Order Form

The 2018 Commodity Technology Program featuring an official order form is now available. The program features four bundles to choose from:
• Enhanced Windows Desktop Bundle
• Standard Windows Laptop Bundle
• Enhanced Windows Laptop Bundle
• Enhanced Apple Laptop Bundle

Employees eligible to receive cost share include county-based educators, assistants and support staff, and district-based clerical and computer technology support staff. Full cost share is equal to 30% of the cost of each bundle before optional equipment or University fees. Eligible employees will receive full cost share with the following exceptions:
• An Educator with a program account balance of $5,000 - $9,999 will be eligible to receive half-cost share (15%)
• An Educator with a program account balance greater than $10,000 will not be eligible to receive any cost share.

Cost share will be distributed as a reimbursement after equipment purchases have been processed. If using county funds to make a purchase, cost share will be reflected in the final invoice you receive. If using a cost object number to make a purchase, the cost share you are eligible to receive will be reimbursed to the account used to make the purchase.

If you have questions regarding your eligibility to receive cost share, please contact your district director. If you have any questions regarding the order form or need assistance in determining which bundle to order, please contact your district technology support staff.

Please note, late in 2017 a Qualtrics survey was distributed asking offices to indicate their ordering plans for 2018; however, this was only an inquiry NOT an order form. Anyone wishing to order a computer bundle needs to complete and submit the official order form no later than March 23, 2018.
