The National Agricultural Law Center hosted a webinar on Wednesday, 7/17 where Senior Staff Attorney Rusty Rumley discussed ‘Practical Considerations for Hunting Leases.’ In this webinar Rumley addressed issues such as restriction of certain hunting practices, the use of ATV’s, number of hunters allowed on the property and other examples of considerations that both parties need to discuss before entering into an agreement.
This information is vital to landowners who are interested in leasing their property for recreational use and those interested in entering a hunting lease agreement.
