Assistant Professor Kristen Blankley was recently approved as an arbitrator by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Professor Blankley was approved as a public, i.e., non-industry, arbitrator. With this appointment, Blankly will be eligible to arbitrate cases involving disputes in the securities industry, including disputes among investors, brokerage firms, and individual brokers.
