Professor Frans von der Dunk recently co-chaired and spoke at the annual Practitioners’ Forum on 'Recent Developments in Export Control Regulations on Space Technology’. He introduced the program and spoke on the international setting; the Non-Proliferation Treaty, the Missile Technology Control Regime and the Wassenaar Arrangement.
