Professor Berger presented his paper, “Gross Error,” at the Sixth Annual Constitutional Law Colloquium at Loyola University Chicago School of Law on November 7, 2015. The piece critiques the Supreme Court’s recent lethal injection decision in Glossip v. Gross.
