Professor Eric Berger was one of sixty-eight signatories on a letter to U.S. Senate leadership urging action on Judge Merrick Garland’s nomination to the U.S. Supreme Court. All of the signatories served as clerks for Judge Garland on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
