One of the first things the CSO is going to ask of you is for you to submit an updated resume to the office. First-year students will be invited to submit their updated resumes sometime between Orientation and November 1st. Updating your resume means that you have reviewed your current resume to make sure it follows some basic rules for legal resumes and that it also reflects your current standing as a first-year student. For most, this will not be a difficult process. If you have time, consider revising your current resume and putting it in to a “legal” format before Orientation. Not sure how a legal resume differs?
