Graduating students who plan to take the Nebraska bar exam or the UBE in another state or plan to motion in to Nebraska after taking the bar in another state must attend.
The executive director of the Nebraska State Bar exam and one of the bar commissioners will provide information and answer questions on the UBE, motioning in, the bar application and character and fitness requirements. The executive director of the Nebraska Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission will also provide information about MCLE requirements in Nebraska.
Graduating students who are taking bar exams in other states will find the information useful as character and fitness requirements are the same or very similar in every state.
