Contracts: There are 2 sections of Contracts. Your Contracts professor will be Professer Bob Works (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/bworks.shtml) or Professor Robert Denicola (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/rdenicola.shtml).

Civil Procedure: Like Contracts, there are 2 sections of Civil Procedure. You will learn about the rules and procedures of various legal processes from Professor Roger Kirst (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/rkirst.shtml) or Professor John Lenich (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/jlenich.shtml).

Property: For the Class of 2016 there are 3 sections of Property. You will be assigned to sections taught by Professor Richard Duncan (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/rduncan.shtml), Professor Colleen Medill (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/cmedill.shtml), or Professor Jessica Shoemaker (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/jshoemaker.shtml).

Torts: Build your knowledge of trespass, false imprisonment, assault and battery and all sorts of torts from one of three great Nebraska Law faculty members. Your Torts professor will be Professor Beth Burkstrand-Reid (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/bburkstrand.shtml), Professor Craig Lawson (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/clawson.shtml), or Professor Sandra Zellmer (http://law.unl.edu/facstaff/faculty/resident/szellmer.shtml).
