There are just a few programs remaining for the semester and we have saved the best for last! On Monday, April 4th, Patti Vannoy and J.L. Spray from Mattson Rickets will host a lunch and learn event on the topics of securities and arbitration. The same day, the International Law Students Association is hosting a networking event in the North hallway from 4:30-6:00 p.m. Come and meet local attorneys who specialize in international or immigration law! The networking and learning opportunities continue on Thursday, April 7th, as the Women & the Law Section of the NSBA and the Women's Law Caucus host a panel discussion and networking reception. The panel will feature women practicing in areas in which women are typically underrepresented and will be moderated by our own Professor Beth Burkstrand-Reid.
There will be one more Road to Success Program this year featuring Chris Johnson of Conway Pauley and Johnson in Hastings. Lunch will be provided for this event on Friday, April 8th. Finally, programming for the year concludes on Monday, April 11th with Preparing to Practice: Have You Considered Greater Nebraska? Lunch will be provided to students who RSVP to this event featuring a judge and four attorneys who practice (or have practiced) in greater Nebraska and are excited to discuss the opportunities available to students and graduates in greater Nebraska.
We hope you join us for some or all of these programs. Please visit ROSCOE for time and location information and to RSVP!
