The American Constitution Society and the Federalist Society are co-hosting a talk by our own Professor Jack Beard, titled "Law, War, Ethics and Terror." His talk will focus on the ethical context and concerns surrounding indefinite detention and targeted killing. As many of you know, as former Associate Deputy General Counsel for the Defense Department, Professor Beard is uniquely qualified to speak to us on this topic. It should be a fascinating discussion, please join us if you can!
