The Nebraska Supreme Court will be in session at the Law College in the auditorium on Thursday, February 6, 2014. Cases will be heard beginning at 9:00 am, and there will be a question and answer session after all oral arguments are concluded. All first year students are required to attend the session, and everyone else is invited to attend.
A security station will be in place to control entry into the auditorium. Do not bring backpacks, bookbags, cameras, cell phones, pagers, coats, food, drinks, hats, or laptops to the session. No photographs or recordings will be allowed. In addition, observers will not be permitted to enter or exit the auditorium during the session, except during breaks between cases (when the attorneys are transitioning to and from their positions at counsel tables). Please wear business or business-casual attire.
Synopses of the cases scheduled for argument will be made available. An announcement with instructions for obtaining the case summaries will be made before Thursday.
